Performance characteristics:
The fuselage can adopt four column or frame structure. The four-column structure is simple, economical and practical. The frame-type tie rod pre-tightening structure has high precision, good rigidity, four-sided guide rails, high guiding precision and strong anti-deflection ability. The stretching and blank holder sliders can be integrated through positioning pins to realize single-action process action. Hydraulic control adopts plug-in valve integrated system, oil-liquid precision filtering device and water cooling device, with small impact, reliable action and few leakage points. The oil cylinder sealing element adopts imported materials, which has high reliability and long service life; the machine and electro-hydraulic integrated safety devices, such as the lower cavity support circuit of the oil cylinder, the upper and lower cavity interlocking circuit of the oil cylinder, have superior safety. PLC control, sensitive and reliable work, can achieve constant pressure, fixed range two molding process, and has a high air range and working speed, high production efficiency.

This machine is mainly used for automobile, aviation, aerospace, shipbuilding, pressure vessel and other industries of large sheet metal covering parts stretching, bending forming, also can be used for large drawing mold pressure test, research and matching.
