Performance characteristics:
YTD-059-630 type double cylinder, three cylinder sheet blanking hydraulic press is developed by our factory for 10-15g specifications of liquefied petroleum gas cylinder production of efficient blanking equipment, the machine has an independent power mechanism and electrical system, and the use of button centralized control, can be adjusted, semi-automatic two operating methods.
The machine is equipped with a stamping cylinder that can be independently controlled and moved. The end of the piston rod is directly equipped with a punch of a stamping die. Multiple stamping dies can work at the same time or can be stamped successively. The center connection line of the independent cylinder on the machine forms a certain angle with the horizontal axis of the machine. When the machine is working, the flattened material is continuously fed, thus realizing the wrong row of blanking materials and effectively improving the material utilization rate. When equipped with a reasonable mold frame and sheet metal conveying device, it can realize the continuous cycle of feeding, blanking, discharging and broken edge materials, thus reducing the labor intensity and improving the productivity.
Note:
Use the same bevel or groove structure of the punching die on the machine, and the installation position should be as symmetrical as possible, so that the machine force is uniform.
