Performance characteristics:
The machine is composed of three parts: the fuselage, the hydraulic system and the electrical and electronic control system. The fuselage structure has been optimized by computer, and has sufficient strength and rigidity.
The host structure has two structural forms to choose from: three-beam and four-column structure, spacious operating space, easy maintenance, and beautiful appearance; combined frame structure, which is connected by tie rods and locked by hydraulic nuts with ultra-high pressure. The slider guide adopts four corners and eight sides guide rail guide, which has high adjustment precision and good rigidity. After adjustment, it is not easy to cause precision deviation phenomenon, and the host has strong anti-deflection load capacity. The guide rail is equipped with a lubrication device.
The fixed workbench can be equipped with stretching hydraulic pads, blanking buffer devices and quick mold change systems according to user requirements.
The mobile worktable can be moved back and forth or left and right according to user requirements, and single and double mobile worktables can be selected.
The working pressure and working stroke of this machine can be adjusted according to the process needs within the parameter range.
Hydraulic system on top, small footprint. The hydraulic system adopts advanced cartridge valve integrated system and oil precision filter device, with reasonable layout, compact structure, reliable action, low hydraulic impact force, long service life, and reduced connecting pipes and leakage points. The oil pipe connection preferably adopts flange structure, which reduces the occurrence of oil leakage. The hydraulic system is equipped with water cooling.
The electrical system is controlled by PLC. The equipment process program can be set according to the user's process requirements, easy to operate, sensitive and reliable action. The machine has three kinds of process actions: adjustment, manual and semi-automatic. With emergency stop, emergency return function. Through the operation panel, there are two kinds of molding process to choose from. Pressure gauges, pressure regulating valves and control buttons are all centrally installed on the front side of the column for easy observation and adjustment. In addition to the main operating cabinet, the electrical system is also equipped with a movable console.

This series of press is mainly suitable for the stamping process of automobile door edge wrapping, and can be used for the pressing process of thin plate under certain process conditions, such as stretching, bending, forming, blanking, turning over and other stamping processes.
