Product Description
Performance characteristics:
The single-column hydraulic press produced by our factory has YTD30 and YTD41. The fuselage is a steel plate welded C- type single-arm structure. The finite element design ensures high rigidity and high reliability. After welding, the fuselage is tempered and aged to ensure that the fuselage is not deformed. The hydraulic system is located in the fuselage, with beautiful appearance and easy operation. The oil inlet of the oil pump is equipped with an independent filtering device to ensure the service life of the oil pump and the valve. The button is used for centralized control, which can realize two molding processes of fixed range and constant pressure. The slider is guided by four guide pillars to improve product accuracy. For special requirements of customers, we can specially design and produce to meet the production process requirements of customers to the greatest extent.
Applicable fields:
Stretching, forming and pressing of metal products can also be used to process non-metallic materials, pressing of powder metallurgy products, correction of shaft parts, pressing of sleeve parts and shaping and trimming of metal products.
