The inlet and outlet of the oil pump are installed in the opposite direction, and the pump is a non reversible pump. Not only cannot oil be applied, but also, And it also damages the shaft seal. Other reasons include: the pump suction pipe is too small, the suction pipe seal is not good and leaks air, the oil is too dry, the oil filter is blocked by impurities and dirt, causing high pump suction resistance and suction phenomenon, resulting in insufficient output flow of the pump and inability to increase system pressure
Pressure regulating valves such as relief valves malfunction
For example, if the overflow valve core is stuck in the large opening position, the pressure oil output by the oil pump flows into the oil tank through the overflow valve, that is, the pressure oil is short circuited with the return oil circuit. It may also be due to the blockage of the pressure control wide damping hole or the breaking of the pressure regulating spring, causing the system to have no pressure. Conversely, if the overflow valve core is stuck in the closed valve position, the system pressure will not come down. During operation, it is found that the pressure cannot go up or down, It is likely that the directional valve is malfunctioning, causing the system to unload or seal, or due to severe internal leakage between the valve core and valve body hole. The unloading valve is stuck in the unloading position, causing the system to unload and the pressure to not rise
